# Welcome to Just Brew It DAO
### Introduction
Just Brew It DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that facilitates the funding, design, creation, and maintenance of breweries through the sale of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). With the creation of multiple breweries, each brewery will offer 2500 NFTs for sale, providing an exclusive opportunity for NFT holders to actively participate in the decision-making processes and shape every aspect of the brewery's development.
As an NFT holder you get to contribute proposals and vote on details related to that brewery ranging from where to build, what types of beer to brew, what labels to print and more. And in addition, NFT holders collectively retain 95% of the profits generated by each brewery annually, ensuring that the rewards are shared among the community members who actively contribute to the success of Just Brew It DAO.

### Our Whitepaper
Our whitepaper is a Microsoft Power BI report and is meant for you to interact with. The whitepaper is titled "NFT Tokenomics, Brewery Design, & Profit Share" and you can access the report below or on our website, although we will explore the whitepaper throughout these documents.
The whitepaper is fourteen pages long and requires your input on six of the pages which will hopefully provide you a realistic perspective on what's possible for each brewery. Of course some of the figures will adjust depending on the location of the brewery, the price of the ingredients, labor, and the price we charge for beer. However, it will provide you a view of what decisions will be voted on by the members and how those decisions will affect the financial outcomes of the brewery.

### Future Member Voting Topics
As a member of Just Brew It DAO, you will have the opportunity to vote on several topics that influence the development and direction of our breweries. These topics include:
* **Where to build**: Participate in the selection of locations for future breweries, allowing us to expand our presence based on collective decision-making.
* **Theme of the Brewery**: Contribute to the determination of the thematic direction for each brewery, offering unique experiences for visitors and patrons.
* **Beer Recipes**: Influence the range of flavors and taste profiles by voting on beer recipes, ensuring a diverse and exciting selection of brews.
* **Beer Labels**: Shape the visual identity of our products by participating in the selection of beer label designs, creating captivating and distinctive packaging.
### Building Sub-DAOs with Transparency and Autonomy
Just Brew It DAO follows a sub-DAO model, where each brewery, along with its NFT holders, forms a distinct sub-DAO within our ecosystem. This structure ensures transparency, autonomy, and effective decision-making. We utilize modular components to enhance composability, allowing for seamless adaptation to industry changes and simplified maintenance and updates.
### Profits and Direction
Each brewery DAO retains its individual profits while actively contributing to the overall direction of Just Brew It DAO. We foster collaboration and synergy among the different sub-DAOs to collectively support the growth and success of our brewing community.
